Shipping & Returns

If you order something before Christmas it will be shipped Priority mail or I will notify you of any changes .  Calendars are shipped first class without tracking unless you want to pay for tracking.  Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 days priority USPS mail and you will receive a tracking number if it is more than 10 ounces. You will be notified if there is a delay. For now all orders are charged a flat rate of $6.50 for orders under $50 and over $7.95 but not anything more than that unless it is out of the United States.    I am working on fixing some of the shipping and overcharges.  If it happens to you please e-mail me and I will refund any additional shipping charges over what the cost are.  call or email me if there are any question.   lisa@designsbylisa.com

U.S Orders At Designs by Lisa.com, it is our mission to provide customers with reliable and reduced shipping cost on all orders. We use USPS priority and UPS ground.  Orders will be shipped within 24 hours if in stocked or will be notified if there is a delay.  International Orders As of now we only ship to Canada  Orders are shipped within 3 business days. We use USPS for shipping to Canada any cost of shipping above the US prices will be discussed and approved before shipping.   Returns Returns will be accepted with authorization only. Order Processing Time Most orders will be shipped out the next day. You will be notified as to any delays. Please allow 2-4 days for first class and priority mail  up to 7 business days  with UPS from our warehouse. Shipping cost There is a min $4.00 charge for shipping up to $18.00 . $6.50 for orders $20.00 to $36 and orders over $36 are $7.95.  Over $100 is free shipping.  There are certain items (bobbleheads and some of the framed paintings which have a fixed cost)  if you are overcharged a refund or product credit will be issued.   Security All payments are secure through Paypal and securenet and the website is ssl secured.

 

 

Returns and refunds

please notify us within 15 days of any damage or error to your order.

 We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
