U.S Orders
At Designs by Lisa.com, it is our mission to provide customers with reliable and reduced shipping cost on all orders. We use USPS priority and UPS ground. A flat shipping charge will be added to all orders at checkout.  Orders will be shipped in 2-5 business days if in stock. If items are not in stock then you will be informed by an e-mail as to the status of the order and when it will be shipped.

International Orders
As of now we only ship to Canada and the US. Orders are shipped within 3-12 business days. We use USPS for shipping to Canada any cost of shipping above the US prices will be discussed and approved before shipping.  

Returns
Returns will be accepted with authorization only.

Order Processing Time
Most orders will be shipped out the next day. During the month of September there may be a slight delay in processing and shipping an order. You will be notified as to any delays. Please allow 7-10 business days from our warehouse.

Return Policy

You have 15 days to return an order and it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.   Designsbylisa.com reserves the right to reject any return.  Any damaged parcels or breakages please notify us within (15) days of receipt of the goods.  Returns will be accepted with authorization only.

All payments are secure through Paypal.  If you do not want to go through paypal please call me (425-227-3395). I can process your card securely.
